Specs and features
Airoc's gift cards and vouchers, both electronic and physical, hold a validity period of one year from the date of purchase. You can get one online at Airoc-uk.com. Each voucher has a unique code and is redeemable for purchases made online at airoc-uk.com.
Please note that you cannot redeem your voucher at our gym, studio or retail partners.
If the value of your gift voucher falls short of the total purchase amount, you will be required to make an additional payment to cover the difference.
Conversely, if your gift voucher's value exceeds the total purchase amount, the remaining balance on the voucher can be applied to future purchases, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Please note that the balance on the voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used to acquire additional Airoc gift vouchers. Furthermore, lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
