What are your shipping rates?
The following shipping rates apply to orders placed on this website:
Orders under £50: £4 (Standard Delivery, 3-5 business days)
Orders £50 or above: Free (Standard Delivery, 3-5 business days)
Orders £50 or above: £4 (Express Delivery, 1-3 business days)
How long will it take to get my order?
We know there's nothing more frustrating than the thrill of placing an order, only to be left eagerly waiting for what feels like an eternity. If you want to have your new Airoc kit in record time, choose the Express option at checkout.
That usually means overnight but please allow 1-3 business days for your order to arrive (you know how these things work ;)
Do you ship to the EU?
Not at the moment but if you'd like us to ship to your country, let us know by clicking HERE. We'll do our best to make it happen in the near future.
Do you ship to the rest of the world?
Yes, we do! However, some countries charge duty and / or tax on orders that are imported from the UK if the value exceeds a certain amount.
Your Shipping Rate at checkout does not include any additional duty, tax or other charges. The courier company will communicate with you upon delivery any additional taxes or duty charges that need to be paid.
The relevant international shipping charge will show once you reach the checkout and add your shipping address.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and/or exchanges on international goods shipped from the UK.
Refunds / Exchanges
How can I return my items?
If your new Airoc gear doesn’t blow your hair back, no problem. We offer free returns on all orders in the UK.
To be eligible for a refund, please return items within 28 days of delivery, ensuring they are unworn and still have their tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is needed for us to process a refund. It's important to note that items in a non-resellable condition cannot be accepted.
When sending items back to us, please ensure they are neatly folded and returned in their original packaging.

Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer an exchange service but worry not! Simply return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item you'd like.
