How it works

1. Submit your return
Complete the return portal and follow the steps provided.

2. Download your return label
Your Royal Mail return label or QR code will be generated automatically at the end of the process.

3. Send it back
Print your label or use the QR code at your local Post Office to send your return.

4. Choose what’s next
Exchange for another size, opt for store credit (+10% extra), or receive a refund once your return has been received and approved.

  • Original packaging preferred
  • Return labels must be used within 7 days of being issued. If the label expires before the return is sent, a new label may need to be purchased.
  • For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging.
Terms and Conditions

Of course, you're welcome to try your Airoc pieces on at home to check the fit, just as you would in a store.

We simply ask that you take reasonable care when doing so.

Items should be returned unworn other than for the purpose of trying them on, unwashed and with their original tags attached.

Please take particular care to avoid:

  • deodorant or antiperspirant marks
  • makeup or fake tan
  • stains or other marks
  • strong fragrances or odours
  • pet hair
  • washing or laundering
  • damage, stretching or other signs of wear

Where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its fit, nature or characteristics, and this has resulted in a reduction in its value, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect that diminished value. This deduction may be up to 100% of the purchase price.

International returns
  • 30 days from delivery
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked service
  • Mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping & duties

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes set by your local customs authority.

These aren’t included at checkout and must be paid before delivery.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, any fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
